Ingredients

  • 230 g rice tlour
  • 6 g garlic (jasan), ground
  • 6 g ginger (adrak), ground
  • 2 g red chilli powder
  • tsp carom (ajwairi) seeds (optional)
  • 4 green chillies, finely chopped
  • ghee for frying
  • salt to teste

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients together except ghee. Add enough water to make a smooth pancake-like batter
2. Heat 1 tbsp ghee on a flat pan; pour one ladlefu of the batter and spread the batter into a disc with the back of the ladle. Fry until light brown and then flip over and do the same. Remove and repeat until all the batter Is consumed.
